The project focuses on enhancing a historic late-19th-century house in Quartu Sant’Elena, blending modern and traditional elements. The goal is to respect the original structure, preserving existing materials and architectural details—such as stone walls and exposed wooden beams—while integrating contemporary and minimalist solutions. The interior spaces will be designed to accommodate a music enthusiast, featuring a dedicated room with optimized acoustics and custom furnishings. Large openings and warm lighting will create a seamless dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces, while the furnishings will combine wood, wrought iron, and modern details to highlight the home's unique character.
