The project involves the construction of a large villa set within a pine forest by the sea, divided into four independent apartments designed for seasonal rentals. The goal is to create simple, functional spaces that are well integrated into the natural surroundings, while respecting the budget. The structure uses local and sustainable materials, such as treated wood, natural stone, and lime-based finishes, to harmoniously interact with the surrounding environment. The interiors are bright and furnished in a minimalist style, with neutral tones and details that evoke the marine landscape. Each apartment features a private veranda overlooking the sea, optimized spaces for conviviality, and intelligent solutions to maximize guest comfort. The architecture is designed to minimize environmental impact, with natural ventilation systems.
